Warrenty
Earlier this month, i phoned the apple store in the U.K. and asked them if jailbreaking an iPod touch or iPhone would void the warrenty, there reply was that yes it would. So if you iPod isn't turning on, or is being strange, or is doing what mine did when i turned my iPod on, then RESTORE it. Put it into restore mode, and plug it into itunes and click RESTORE.
